Dr E Sintieh Nchinda Ngek is a physician, digital health specialist and PhD candidate at the University of Oxford. He founded SHINE, Sintieh Research Academy and MedAccess in Buea, Cameroon. Today he leads strategy and innovation across all SHINE divisions.<\/p>\n
